1. Agreement and permitted use
This End User License Agreement governs your use of Accounting Automation Hub (“Hub”). By accepting this Agreement or using the Hub after it is presented to you, you agree to these terms. If you use the Hub on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
We grant authorized users a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the Hub for approved accounting, client service, and business administration purposes, subject to this Agreement and any applicable engagement agreement with the Firm.
2. Accounts and access
You must use your own authorized account, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to the contact above.
Access depends on your assigned permissions. Client Management and invoice history are restricted to authorized staff with verified login email addresses at the exact domain blazak.cpa. Client portal users receive access only to the functions and information made available to them.
You may not share accounts, bypass access controls, access another client’s information without authorization, interfere with the Hub, or upload malicious or unlawful content.
3. Your information
You retain your rights in information you submit to the Hub. You authorize us and our service providers to process that information as necessary to operate, secure, support, and provide the Hub and the services you request.
You are responsible for having authority to submit information and for reviewing its accuracy. Our handling of personal information is described in the Hub’s Privacy Policy.
4. QuickBooks Online integration
An authorized Firm administrator may connect the Firm’s QuickBooks Online company through Intuit’s authorization process.
The invoice history feature retrieves customer and invoice information from that connected company and displays invoices associated with explicitly linked client records. Its current functions view invoice information; they do not create, send, modify, or pay QuickBooks invoices.
Information may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable because of connection issues, permissions, or third-party service availability. Verify material amounts and transaction details in QuickBooks Online before relying on them.
QuickBooks Online is a third-party service governed by Intuit’s terms and privacy notices. The Hub is independently operated by the Firm and is not endorsed by Intuit.
5. Professional services
Access to the Hub does not itself establish an accountant-client relationship or modify an existing engagement. Professional services, fees, responsibilities, and deliverables are governed by the applicable engagement agreement.
Automated outputs require appropriate review. Use of the Hub does not replace professional judgment or your responsibility to maintain required records.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, maintain, restrict, or discontinue Hub features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes that affect your use.
We may suspend or terminate access for unauthorized use, security concerns, violation of this Agreement, or termination of the applicable engagement or authorization.
7. Ownership
The Firm and its licensors retain their rights in the Hub’s software, design, branding, and other proprietary materials. This Agreement grants permission to use the Hub; it does not transfer ownership.
Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Hub is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable under this Agreement for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Hub.
These provisions do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit obligations expressly undertaken in a separate engagement agreement.
9. Governing law and other agreements
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [State and country], subject to applicable mandatory law.
If this Agreement conflicts with a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls concerning professional services, fees, confidentiality, record retention, and related liability.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
10. Updates and contact
We will post revisions with an updated effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.
Questions about this Agreement may be sent to [Support email].
